Kipirti ("the app") is an offline drawing and animation sketchpad for Android, published by Hugo Software. Everything you draw stays on your device. We collect no personal data.

No account, no profile, no sign-in

Kipirti has no account system, no sign-up and no login. We never ask for your name, your email address or anything else about you.

Your drawings stay on your device

Every stroke, layer, frame, colour palette and setting is stored only on your device, in the app's own private storage. We never receive, upload, back up or look at any of it.

A drawing leaves your device only when you deliberately export it — as a PNG, an animated GIF or a video — and share it yourself through Android's share sheet. The file is written to the app's private folder and handed to the sheet; you choose the destination, and that destination's own privacy policy then applies. We are not involved in that step and never see the file.

No advertising, no analytics, no tracking

Kipirti contains no advertising SDK of any kind. There are no ads anywhere in the app, and no advertising identifier is read or processed. It also contains no third-party analytics and no crash-reporting SDK. There is no tracking, no profiling and no device fingerprinting.

Network activity — one request, no data

The app is designed to work fully offline, and it does. There is exactly one outbound network request: when the app starts, it asks our own configuration endpoint (hq.bnj.app) whether any app settings have changed — for example whether a feature is switched on.

That request sends no personal data, no identifiers and nothing about you or your drawings. It is not authenticated and it is not logged against any user. If it fails, or if you are offline, the app simply continues with its built-in defaults. Nothing else in the app touches the internet.

Permissions

The app requests no runtime permissions at all — no camera, no microphone, no location, no contacts, no storage permission. Exported files go to the app's own private cache folder, which needs no permission, and are then offered to the system share sheet.

The drawing sound you hear is generated inside the app; nothing is recorded, and the microphone is never used.

Payments

Version 1 of Kipirti is completely free. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases and no paid features, so we never receive or store any payment information.

Children

Kipirti is a general-audience creative tool. It contains no ads, collects no data and has no social features, but it is not specifically directed at children under 13.

Deleting your data

Because your data lives only on your device, you are in full control of it: clear the app's storage from Android settings, or uninstall the app, to remove everything permanently. We hold no copy anywhere, so there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf. See the data removal page for details.

Your rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR give you rights of access, correction, deletion and portability over personal data held about you. Because we hold no personal data about you at all, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct or erase — your data is already entirely in your own hands.

We may update this policy as the app evolves. The current version is always available at this address.
